Position: Information Security Specialist (CONTRACT POSITION)
Key Responsibilities:
Security Monitoring:
Assist in monitoring security alerts and logs across various systems.
Identify and escalate potential security incidents for further investigation by senior team members.
Perform basic analysis of security events to detect malicious activities or vulnerabilities.
Incident Response Assistance:
Support the team in investigating and documenting security incidents, including data breaches, malware infections, or unauthorized access attempts.
Help implement incident containment measures, including isolating affected systems and restoring operations.
Compliance & Policy Adherence:
Help ensure the organization follows company security policies and procedures.
Assist in the collection of evidence and documentation during external audits and compliance reviews.
Assist in conduction internal audit of different North America subsidiaries.
Training & Awareness:
Participate in security awareness training initiatives to educate staff on information security best practices, phishing prevention, and safe handling of sensitive data, among others.
Contribute to creating and distributing security awareness materials to internal teams.
Documentation & Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of security incidents, vulnerability findings, and resolutions.
Assist in creating and updating internal security documentation, reports, and procedures.
Security Operation:
Daily check of security solution operations and logs (i.e. DLP, EDR, NAC, etc.)
Physical Security:
Create new badges and apply access policies
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Security, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Strong interest in information security and a willingness to learn new skills.
Familiarity with basic IT concepts such as networks, servers, and data encryption.
Basic understanding of common security principles and best practices.
Familiarity with security technologies such as firewalls, endpoint security solutions, and intrusion detection systems.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established procedures.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Skills:
Familiarity with operating systems and basic command-line skills.
Knowledge of common security frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001).
Any foundational security certifications (CompTIA Security+, CISSP, etc.) are a plus but not required.
Understanding of basic network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP).

Key Responsibilities:
Service Delivery Management: Lead the end-to-end delivery of SAP AMS, ensuring compliance with service level agreements (SLAs) and KPIs.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and expectations.
Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of SAP consultants and support staff, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
Performance Monitoring: Regularly review service performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement best practices to enhance service quality.
Incident and Problem Management: Oversee the resolution of incidents and problems, ensuring timely responses and effective solutions.
Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and present service performance reports to stakeholders, highlighting achievements and areas for development.
Change Management:
Manage changes to the SAP environment, ensuring minimal disruption to services and effective communication with all stakeholders.
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in SAP service delivery management, preferably within an AMS context.
Strong knowledge of SAP applications and related processes.
Proven track record in managing service delivery teams and client engagements.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
Preferred Skills:
SAP Certification or relevant industry certifications (e.g., ITIL, PMP).
Experience with service management tools and methodologies.

Job Description:
The Sr. Analyst, Fieldglass Configuration role is responsible for the configuration and maintenance of the Fieldglass environments at Media Client.
The role will serve as the product expert for the Fieldglass Vendor Management System (VMS), and related applications and technologies that support those business processes.
The role is responsible for understanding the business problems, construction of the necessary solution to meet requirements and implement the recommended solutions.
He/she defines current and future configuration to support operational scenarios, communicating with the clients and other Technology groups (including 3rd party vendors) to ensure business requirements are translated to application requirements.
This position must have familiarity with the technologies and applications available to Client Media, and a deep understanding of Contingent Worker and Vendor management, and related business processes.
Qualifications:
SAP Fieldglass application knowledge is required
SAP Fieldglass Configuration management experience is required
SAP Fieldglass report configuration experience is required
SAP Fieldglass integrations configuration experience is required
Prior experience and proficiency as a VMS administrator
Minimum of 5 years in software implementation/support experience, preferably within a technology organization supporting web hosted applications.
Specific understanding of key technical components required to provide functional and operational support to the business, including effort estimates and resource management required
Entertainment industry experience is desirable
Experience in a vendor management/contingent labor role is a plus
Education, Professional Training, Technical Training or Certification
Undergraduate degree required
SAP Fieldglass certification preferred
